At the heart of a Natura 2000 site - Cornettes de Bise \/ Mont de Grange, on the route of the GR5, a multitude of hiking trails are accessible in the Abondance valley, on foot, with the ski lifts or by bike. At the bend in the path you may come across ibex or marmots, and the flora is also very present, with martagon lilies, wild orchids...<\/p>\n

The Ch\u00e2tel Bike Park is an area dedicated to mountain biking enthusiasts, located in the Pr\u00e9-la-Joux sector and accessible by the Pierre-Longue and Rochassons chairlifts. It offers around twenty downhill trails, maintained and secured by a Bike Patrol team. There are also two slopestyles (one of which is pro).<\/span><\/p>
